• Keep your account password and login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account if you share this information with any third party.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

• In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of an event, Bet Jali's decision will be considered final.
• In live betting, if a network delay means the outcome of an event has already been determined, the affected bet may be voided.

The following rules are strictly enforced to keep our payment process simple and secure:

• Deposit: Minimum deposit is BDT 100. Deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 2–5 minutes.
• Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal is ৳300. With a completed KYC verification, withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• Same method: Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method as the original deposit.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Failed Transactions: Bet Jali is not responsible for any failed deposits — please contact your payment provider directly.

Using your account solely for deposits and withdrawals without placing any bets is prohibited. Such behavior may be treated as money laundering.

• Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to 100% bonus on their first deposit (maximum ৳10,000). To withdraw this bonus, a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be met.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have a set validity period, typically between 7 and 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Misuse: If any attempt to abuse or exploit the bonus system is detected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Right to Modify: Bet Jali reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time.

Bet Jali May suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of terms and conditions is identified.
• Failure to respond within the specified time after a KYC verification request has been made.
• In the event of suspicious financial activity or a security risk.
• If the member requests to close the account themselves.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.

Members will be notified by email before their account is closed (except in cases of immediate closure due to a Terms violation). If no rules have been breached, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance after closure.

Bet Jali prioritize responsible gaming above all else. We want our members to enjoy betting as entertainment — not as a source of financial hardship.

• Betting Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits. Once set, limits can be increased after a period of time, but decreases take effect immediately.
• Temporary Break: You have the option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 months).
• Permanent Exclusion: If anyone wishes to stop betting permanently, we will close their account for good.
